By using the KopiKatts website and services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

Show Entry Terms

All show entries submitted through KopiKatts are subject to the rules and regulations of the GCCF (Governing Council of the Cat Fancy). By entering a show, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and that your cats are registered with the GCCF as required. Entry fees are non-refundable once the show closing date has passed, unless the show is cancelled by the organiser.

Show in a Box Service

Our Show in a Box service is provided under a separate agreement with the show-organising club. Terms including pricing, deliverables, and timelines are agreed directly between KopiKatts and the club committee before work begins.

Accounts and Registration

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your details up to date. We reserve the right to suspend or close accounts that violate these terms.

Limitation of Liability

KopiKatts acts as a service provider facilitating show entries and administration. We are not responsible for decisions made by show organisers, judges, or the GCCF regarding entries, awards, or show management. Our liability is limited to the value of the services provided.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
